Shipping policy
All orders are created after order submission.
Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate.
PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once items are with the shipper (USPS, UPS, etc.), SUBCRAFTS no longer has control of the shipping time, any claims will need to be done with the shipping supplier (USPS, UPS, etc.) **Also, SUBCRAFTS,LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
